Conference & Events

Heidelberg University is dedicated to providing a year round conference program while offering quality facilities and services to meet the various needs of conferences and camps. The summer conference schedule runs from May through the first week in August and the University has the capacity to accommodate between 75 and 700 people for events such as band camps, show choir camps, athletic camps, and leadership activities. One day conferences and meeting room facilities are also available.

The campus includes 26 facilities diverse enough to meet nearly any conference need and all facilities are within easy walking distance. Housing consists of six residence halls, each with various room sizes, shapes and accessories. The University also has outdoor facilities including tennis courts, practice fields, an all-weather track and gymnasium facilities.

Heidelberg provides a full-time staff available for conference check-in, checkout, set-ups and other requested assistance. Additionally, Parkhurst Dining at Heidelberg operates a fully functional dining hall and provides meal service throughout the year for students and all special events for the campus including summer conference programs.
